James Bradley Hannah was born and raised in Smithville, Tennessee where he graduated from DeKalb County Highschool. After graduation, Mr. Hannah attended Tennessee Tech University graduating in the top 5% of his class with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Following his graduation from Tennessee Tech, Mr. Hannah enrolled in law school at the Nashville School of Law. Mr. Hannah graduated from the Nashville School of Law in 2011 finishing in the top 10% of this graduating class and was inducted into the Cooper's Inn Honor Society.
Mr. Hannah is a former prosecutor with more than 10 years of experience as an attorney. Since graduating from lawschool, Mr. Hannah has been trial tested being the attorney of record in many trials ranging from custody and divorce to dui and other serious criminal offenses. As a former prosecutor, Mr. Hannah handled hundreds of criminal cases. For more than a year, Mr. Hannah was the dedicated prosecutor for all DUI cases in Coffee County, Tennessee. During that time, Mr. Hannah prosecuted hundreds of DUI cases. Mr. Hannah also prosecuted other criminal matters while working as a prosecutor. These matters ranged from driving on a suspended license to homicide.
